I also had to repeat 3 or 4 times to the person helping me how to break down the amount I requested. While standing in the dedicated line the employees kept taking people from the lower card line. One of the benefits of having a diamond plus or diamond elite status ( I am diamond plus,other half is diamond elite)is having a special, usually shorter,line for check in and cash cage services. The employees at the cash cage are not well trained in customer service. I say lose because the machines are really tight. Not everyone can afford to spend, and lose, 30K in a weekend. I understand that people who spend a lot of money will expect to be called during a promotion yet I believe that people who spend a bit less probably support the casino more. This is not the only time this has happened.
This casino is quite small so you don't have a chance to win unless you spend a tremendous amount of money. During the promotion, 150,000 cash is king, they called at least 4 people twice or more.
